Account usage
Users are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping account access secure and using ParkSmart services only for lawful purposes.
Parking bookings
Booking details, availability and conditions may vary by parking location. A booking is subject to the information shown at the time of booking and any location-specific instructions.
Payments
Users agree to provide valid payment information where payment is required. Applicable charges, taxes or other amounts will be shown where relevant.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility can depend on the booking conditions, timing and the relevant parking provider. Any applicable terms will be presented with the booking.
Customer responsibilities
Customers should follow parking location rules, arrive within the relevant booking window and provide information needed to support the booking. A booking should not be transferred or misused without permission.
Provider responsibilities
Providers are responsible for maintaining accurate location details, managing their availability and honouring accepted bookings according to the applicable arrangement.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit misleading information or use services to cause harm.
Service availability
We aim to keep services useful and available, but access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, connectivity issues or circumstances outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ParkSmart is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to services
We may update services, features or these terms as the platform develops. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels where required.
